Role Overview

Innovation Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for internal IT issues and requests.

In this role, you will provide technical support to users, maintain workplace systems and IT infrastructure, and collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure reliable and efficient operations across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with IT systems, and delivering high-quality support to internal users.

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues via phone, in person, or through the ticketing system
  • Classify, prioritize, and assign incoming IT support requests and incidents
  • Resolve IT tickets and maintain administrative and user documentation
  • Collaborate with internal IT specialist teams (Client, Server, Voice)
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, mobile devices, peripherals, and network components
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system-related objects
  • Monitor IT infrastructure using monitoring tools together with the team
  • Support and maintain hardware environments, including client devices, servers, and mobile equipment
  • Participate in IT projects and infrastructure improvements

Qualifications

  • Higher education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Several years of hands-on experience in IT support
  • Experience with Windows domain administration
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and networking fundamentals
  • Strong technical understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting processes
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Good English language skills
