We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Power BI Developer to join our Data & Analytics team in CTO office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, publishing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards that turn data into critical insights and support business decision-making for our clients.

The Client is embarking on an exciting and challenging transformation program and our software solutions are a driving force behind this strategy using cloud computing and leading-edge design patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports with efficient, impactful data visualizations.
- Connect to diverse data sources, import data, and perform data transformation to support Business Intelligence needs.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports tailored to business requirements and end-user workflows.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, maintainable technical specifications and data models.
- Optimize existing Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and data engineers to understand and anticipate data needs.
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage user access permissions in line with governance policies.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation of BI solutions, processes, and data definitions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI development or a similar senior BI role.
- Deep expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best practices.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational database concepts.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Excellent analytical thinking with a knack for translating data into compelling visual stories.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS and Databricks.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in sprint-based delivery environments.
- Experience in performance tuning, incremental refresh, and report optimization techniques.
- Power BI certification (e.g., PL-300) is a strong advantage.
