Global Payroll Specialist (#5167)

We are looking for Payroll specialist with international experience, Ukrainian payroll experience is also acceptable. Our candidate has to effectively manage existing relationships with payroll providers in several countries and assist with opening new payroll jurisdictions as we grow.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining employee satisfaction and financial accuracy at the Group level.

This position is part-time, for a 1 year cooperation agreement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processes for several countries and ensure alignment with country-specific regulations and company policies. With the involvement of outsourced payroll providers
• Process and submit payroll changes for local providers (e.g., new starters, leavers, salary increases, statutory maternity pay, bonuses, and timesheets).
• Prepare and submit payments for salaries, taxes, and social fees.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and various projects (e.g. implementation of new payroll software)
• Cooperate with HR and Legal Departments in payroll-related matters.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Ukrainian or Global payroll
• Degree in finance, accounting
• Deep knowledge of MS Office/Excel/Google Sheets
• Attention to detail, independence, and responsibility
• Ability to work attentively with large amounts of data and organize a large number of repetitive tasks
• Teamwork and strong communication skills
• Advanced level of English
