The role is offered on a part-time consulting basis, with a flexible level of involvement depending on the project scope and client needs.

Requirements:

  • Oracle-to-PostgreSQL modernization
  • Database migration programs
  • Legacy database decomposition
  • Data migration strategies
  • Database coexistence architectures
  • Enterprise application modernization
  • Domain separation and data ownership

Responsibilities:

  • Assess feasibility of alternative database technologies
  • Identify migration complexity and blockers
  • Evaluate coexistence approaches
  • Estimate transformation effort and risks
