In September, we announced our transition to the hybrid office model with Shared Team Spaces and hubs across Ukraine. Since then, we hired dozens of experts in new cities, including Dnipro, Odesa, Ivano-Frankivsk, Vinnytsia, Zaporizhzhia and others.
Also, we successfully moved most of our 80+ teams to the Shared Team Spaces office format.
N-iX Hubs model is very similar to the hub and spoke office model, which is becoming popular among global companies, such as Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, etc.
N-iX has two major hubs in Lviv (700+ people) and Kyiv (300+ people). Also, we are building new hubs in the following Ukrainian cities and already have dozens of people in our communities there:
By ‘hub’ we mean the N-iX community located in one of the big regional centers and the collaborative office space where our people can meet and work. We organize the office space in these big cities as soon as the first person chooses to work in the office at least 2 times a week. While the number of people willing to come to the office is small, this space is organized in a coworking space. As the number of people who choose office-based or flexible work formal grows, we consider opening our own office space.
N-iX has also started opening remote positions in other Ukrainian regional centres such as Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Poltava, etc. We are building our communities in these cities as well. And we intend to open collaborative office spaces there when there are enough people willing to work in the office.
