Kyiv – February 5, 2024 – DOU confirmed N-iX’s status among the top IT employers in Ukraine in its 2023 rating. This marks the sixth consecutive year N-iX has been awarded the “Best Place to Work” title among the country’s largest IT companies, reaffirming its leadership and commitment to excellence in the IT sector.
DOU, the biggest IT community in Ukraine, compiles its “Best Place to Work” ranking based on extensive survey feedback from IT professionals across the country. Initiated in 2010, this annual survey evaluates companies on various dimensions, including compensation, work conditions, project involvement, career growth opportunities, and employee loyalty. In 2023, the survey gathered insights from nearly 18,000 IT specialists who assessed 1,056 companies, offering a comprehensive overview of employer standing in the Ukrainian IT landscape.
