Kyiv – April 27, 2023 – N-iX, a leading software development company, has been recognized by Forbes Ukraine as one of the Top 50 employers in the country. The company secured the 21st position on the list and ranked 10th among the best IT employers. This marks the third time that N-iX has made it to the prestigious list.
Forbes Ukraine compiled the rating by surveying employees for the title of the best employer. Over 28,000 questionnaires were received, making it the largest survey in the history of Forbes Ukraine. The survey assessed various factors, such as employer brand, rewards, working conditions, social package, contribution to victory, information openness, the feeling of protection, opportunities for development, and other factors. N-iX received an impressive 72 points out of 100, according to the Forbes methodology.
