As a Lead Front-End Engineer with a focus on R&D, you'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology and innovation. Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment:
- Collaborate with clients to ascertain their unique needs and framework, providing innovative solutions to achieve interoperability.
- Lead the development and execution of a consolidated strategy for the client’s application development direction.
Research & Analysis:
- Investigate and assess the existing client's front-end framework and component systems.
- Summarize findings, propose updates, and restructure to ensure cohesive and scalable solutions.
- Develop and test POCs for composable UI technology, standard app templates, authentication, and session management tailored to Client’s specifics.
Development & Innovation:
- Explore various approaches to styling the reusable component system, promoting creativity and efficiency.
- Engage in hands-on coding when necessary, showcasing adaptability and mastery over various programming paradigms.
Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:
- Facilitate clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Assist and mentor team members in their development tasks.
- Prepare and review extensive R&D documentation, ensuring transparency and alignment with objectives.
- Present complex concepts with clarity and confidence to business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Expert Javascript knowledge
- Profound experience with modern frameworks (React/Angular/Vue); familiarity with more than one is preferred.
- Deep understanding of CSS/SCSS
- Experience with creating custom UI component libraries, and understanding of the specifics
- Experience with developing applications within the micro-frontend paradigm; a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Upper-Intermediate English level
