N-iX is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis.

About project

It is a web application that focuses on the trading market and provides corporate clients with a comprehensive suite of customization products, offering transparency, flexibility and predictability. The main goal of it is to allow clients to gain exposure to the market, simply and transparently, to extract a return.Across our businesses we provide critical high value-add services in Market Making, Commercial Hedging, Price Discovery and Data & Advisory. Headquartered in London, we have 18 offices worldwide with over 1,000 employees across Europe, Asia and North America.
This role will be focused on developing high availability systems for the processing of post trade workflows.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop applications using React.js adapting the best industry practices.
• Conduct regular code reviews to improve code quality, design, and tests
• Attend regular Retrospective meetings to discuss solutions to technical and process challenges
• Collaborate with Product Owners on defining User Stories for team
• Recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and open source alternatives
• Explore new opportunities to add value to product and process and present to team

Requirements:

• 4+ years of the proficient experience
• Strong knowledge of JavaSrcipt/ES6;
• Proven experience of GraphQL and Node.js
• Experience with microservices/GraphQL/Apollo/ExpressJs;
• Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like: PostgreSQL, Redis;
• Experience with other front end technologies;
• Experience with AWS (ECS, EC2,Lambda) will be plus;
• Knowledge of .net is a plus
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application;
• Experience with Git;
• Strong communication and organization skills;
• Genuine interest in financial applications and trading technologies
• English language at least on intermediate level;
