We are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to join our team in Poland. 

Our California-based customer is an American global e-commerce leader, one of the most popular and successful websites on the Internet. It provides platform services by connecting millions of sellers and buyers in more than 190 markets around the world. 

The Project Manager will be a part of the AI Core team to bring new experiences for sellers and buyers leveraging Machine Learning models and other Artificial Intelligence tools to maximize the fun and accuracy of shopping experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile methodology and SCRUM framework implementation
  • Work with cross-functional team on successful project delivery 
  • Carry out monitoring to track project parameters (scope, budget, schedule, and quality)
  • Communicate daily with stakeholders to share project status and identified issues
  • Perform risk management activities on a regular basis
  • Helping team to manage the backlog according to roadmap and priorities
  • Establishing smooth processes and executing process improvements
  • Plan, staff, lead and motivate a project team from both internal and external stakeholder organizations
  • Manage team’s performance, provide feedback and work on personal goals


  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing complex software projects with international clients 
  • Sense of urgency and dedication to meeting requirements according to the project plan and stakeholders needs
  • In-depth experience with Agile methodologies in practice
  • Experience in CI/CD release process organization
  • Solid soft skills including business savviness, communication, and problem solving
  • Advanced English written and verbal communication skills (C1/C2)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in managing e-commerce projects
  • Business Analyst or Scrum Master roles in the past
