N-iX is actively for Junior Automation (Java) QA Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Perform both manual and automated testing on a set of existing applications
- Collaborate with the QA team and developers to understand requirements and identify test cases suitable for automation
- Design and develop robust and maintainable automated test scripts using industry-standard test automation frameworks and tools
- Execute automated test scripts and analyse test results to identify defects and ensure the functionality of our software applications
- Participate in test plan creation, test case design, and continuous improvement of the automation testing process
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing
Requirements:
- 2+ years of overall QA experience
- Experience in programming language - Java
- At least 1 year of Java Automation QA commercial experience
- Knowledge of test automation principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools like Selenide, TestNG or similar.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of database (Relational or NoSQL)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with mobile testing would be a plus
- At least an Intermediate level of English
