N-iX is looking for a passionate, skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:
- The assistance of the Delivery Manager in Portfolio management and program delivery
- Working on opportunities and exploring potential projects for Enterprise clients
- Leading discovery phases from Initiation to development launch
- Driving portfolio-level initiatives from Kick-off till stabilization
- Working closely with the entire Management Team in the area of responsibility
- Supporting implementation of PMO best practices on fresh projects and programs
- Execute the changes and perform risk management
- Help in establishing smooth processes on the Portfolio level and executing process improvements
Requirements:
- Upper-intermediate English written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years of proven experience in IT project management (during last 5 years)
- Successful driving at least two projects hands-on from initiation to final delivery without supervision
- Proven experience in managing projects with predictive (waterfall ) and adaptive (agile) software development life cycle
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum & Kanban frameworks is a must
- Proven experience in project start and establishing all necessary processes on the project from scratch
- Proven experience in the management of solution-based/fixed-scope/fixed-price projects
- Excellent knowledge in managing cross-cultural/cross-functional/distributed teams
- Experience in managing at least 20 subordinates on multiple projects
- Proven experience in project cost management, Atlassian Suit (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience working for Enterprise client
Nice to have:
- Experience in big data projects (MDM/DWH creation)
- Experience in SAFe framework implementation
