As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of the account expansion, working with multiple work streams and stakeholders. This is a tremendous opportunity to prove yourself and unlock the new growth frontiers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-level roadmap for the data modernization program
- Lead and manage complex data projects from start to finish
- Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders and prepares user's stories with detailed acceptance criteria
- Develop and execute data analysis plans
- Communicate data findings to business stakeholders
- Work with data scientists and engineers to implement data solutions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis techniques and technologies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably with a focus on data projects
- Extensive experience in gathering and analyzing requirements from business stakeholders, writing User Stories, decomposing work to drive prioritization
- Good knowledge of data analysis techniques and methodologies with an ability to develop and execute data analysis plans
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs, telling a compelling story
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with confidence in explaining complex processes or technical details to diverse groups of people
- Strong problem solver with the ability to lead the team and to push the solution and progress
- Would be a big plus: Experience in transportation and commuting services domains
- Advanced English level
