N-iX is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Lead to join the team in maintaining and enhancing the existing Marketing Cloud platform and driving the design, development, and execution of email, push notification, and omnichannel marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the campaigns architecture and overall SFMC architecture (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Interaction Studio, etc.)
  • Design data model and data flow (Data Extensions, Contact Builder).
  • Create solution design documents, integration patterns, process flows and technical specifications.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, data sources, integration needs.
  • Audit and recommend changes to existing SFMC setup.
  • Serve as the systems administrator for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment, including all configurations, users and user roles in Marketing Cloud.
  • Research integration issues and work with team members on operations. 
  • Provide technical consultation and training on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud features.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and industry best practices

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of SFMC experience. Ideally at least 2 of those years as an SFMC Lead specifically.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Consultant and/or Developer Certification.
  • Hands on experience in design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Strong technical background, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing database schemas.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical team members.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve difficult problems quickly.
  • Experience with productivity tools such as Asana, JIRA, Notion, Google Sheets, etc. would be a plus.
