Senior Business Analyst (part-time) (#4187)

N-iX is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (part-time) for one of our clients. 

About the Project
We are developing an AI chatbot system for a leading U.S. manufacturer of energy-efficient infrared heating systems. The chatbot assists customers and distributors by answering technical questions about products, installation, and maintenance. It retrieves accurate information from the company’s documentation, manuals, and FAQs, providing clear, up-to-date responses in natural language. Additionally, it helps users find the right heating solutions based on their needs and connects them with sales or support teams when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and QA teams within an Agile environment.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and clarify priorities.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and support the implementation of best practices.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Support backlog prioritization and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Conduct impact analysis, risk assessment, and dependency management for new initiatives.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
• Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable tasks.
• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (B2+ level).

• Experience working in AI projects
• Familiarity with SDLC and QA processes.
