About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Digital Analyst with deep expertise in analytics tagging, data collection, and measurement implementation across both web and mobile app ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical acumen with strategic thinking — ensuring data quality, scalable measurement frameworks, and actionable insights that drive business growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead analytics implementation projects across web and mobile applications using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Firebase, BigQuery, and AppsFlyer.
  • Design and maintain robust data tracking frameworks aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across all digital platforms.
  • Partner with developers to validate and debug tracking implementations, leveraging your foundational JavaScript knowledge.
  • Manage and optimize server-side tagging and advanced event-tracking setups.
  • Use SQL and BigQuery to validate data pipelines, perform QA, and support analytics reporting.
  • Act as a strategic partner to marketing, product, and engineering teams to define measurement strategies for new features and campaigns.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and implementation specialists.
  • Communicate implementation progress, data issues, and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

 

 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation or a similar technical analytics role.
  • Proven expertise with:
    • Google Analytics (GA4) for web and app tracking
    • Google Tag Manager (Web & Server-Side)
    • Firebase Analytics
    • BigQuery (SQL proficiency required)
    • AppsFlyer or similar MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners)
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile app ecosystems, including SDK integrations, event structures, and user journey tracking.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of JavaScript and SQL for tag customization and data validation.
  • Experience with data layer design and governance best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects independently, from scoping to delivery.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with privacy-centric implementations (Consent Mode, GDPR, etc.).
  • Knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Meta Pixel).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, Git, or API-based integrations for tagging automation.
  • Prior experience in an enterprise or multi-market environment.
