3D Environment/prop Artist (#5339)

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior 3D Artist to deliver high-quality, photorealistic assets for AAA games across different genres.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of high-quality assets with given references and requirements
• Match the required art style of a project
• Optimisation of finished objects in accordance with the specified technical limitations
• Cooperate with other artists to streamline the art creation process
• Work with the team lead to create a plan and schedule

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as 3d Artist
• Strong knowledge and experience with 3dsMax is a must-have 
• Basic knowledge of the Unity game engine is a must-have 
• Understanding the vertex paint workflow in 3ds Max 
• Good understanding of composition and lighting
• Blender, Maya, Photoshop, Substance Painter, and Marmoset Toolbag
• Strong modeling and texturing skills
• Ability to rationally distribute polycount at the facility
• Understanding different UV types (tiles, rectangular, UDIM)
• Ability to follow and correctly interpret the concept
• Ability to create 3D models from a photo or a drawing
• Knowledge of modern pipelines and technical limitations for asset creation
• Strong portfolio showing 3D art skills
• Good organization, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with a game development cycle

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Houdini, blueprints in UE5, and Substance Designer
• Strong Intermediate English level 
• Passion for games
