On February 6, DOU named N-iX among the best IT employers in Ukraine, according to its 2022 rating.
For the fifth year in a row, N-iX gets recognized as the “Best Place to Work” among the biggest IT companies in the country.
DOU is the biggest IT community in Ukraine that gathers industry trends, news, and insights. Since 2010, their rating “Best Place to Work” is based on the most extensive survey of Ukrainian IT professionals open all year round.
This year, DOU surveyed almost 20,000 employees from 842 companies. The evaluation criteria consist of six categories: compensation, working conditions, career, project, company and loyalty.
Recently, N-iX has been recognized in the Inspiring Workplaces Awards. N-iX has been listed as No. 40 among the top 50 global organizations in the 2022 EMEA Inspiring Workplaces Awards.
Last year Forbes and EY also ranked N-iX as one of the best employers in Ukraine. In December 2021, Forbes named N-iX as one of the 25 smartest companies in Ukraine in the R&D field.
