N-iX is pleased to share that our project, IT-Camp Positive Connections, received a distinction in the Social Engagement category at the 2025 SoDA Awards. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to using technology to support meaningful social impact.
The SoDA Awards are presented annually by the Software Development Association Poland to honor companies and projects that drive meaningful change in the tech industry. In 2025, the award jury recognized initiatives that demonstrate how technology and business can contribute to building a better and more inclusive future.
Oleksandr Yashchuk, Delivery Director and Head of Delivery Unit at N-iX, said: “This recognition is a reflection of our team’s unwavering commitment to social responsibility. Through initiatives like IT-Camp Positive Connections, we aim to empower the next generation and make a lasting impact on our communities.”
IT-Camp Positive Connections is an educational initiative designed for teenagers with special needs from the eastern regions of Ukraine. In collaboration with Peace Corps Ukraine, the program provided participants with foundational knowledge in programming, web development, cybersecurity, and project management. Beyond technical skills, the camp emphasized the development of soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Psychological training sessions were also integral, aiming to bolster self-confidence and prepare participants for future challenges.
The camp gave participants a chance to meet IT professionals, join workshops, and develop their own projects. This well-rounded format helped them gain practical skills, build connections, and find motivation for future learning and development.
The SoDA Award highlights N-iX’s commitment to using technology to support inclusive education and create opportunities for those who need them most.
