On February 15th, N-iX and AWS User Group Ukraine organized the first AWS re:Invent re:Cap in Ukraine. This event broke attendance records among all AWS User Group Ukraine events of all time.
The purpose of AWS re:Invent re:Cap was to discuss the key announcements from AWS re:Invent 2022, the world’s largest cloud technology conference that took place in December 2022 in Las Vegas. AWS re:Invent 2022 had over 50,000 participants with 2,500 sessions to choose from over five days.
It was a success! Ukraine’s First AWS re:Invent re:Cap gathered a record-breaking 840 event registrations and over 1100+ views at the moment of writing.
During the event, the following topics were discussed:
🔸Key announcements from AWS infrastructure;
🔸Announcements for developers;
🔸Innovations for data analysts, engineers, and ML specialists;
🔸New services and features for IT Ops and networking specialists;
🔸Updated security tools.
N-iX’s Software Architect Ivanna Bashmat, moderated the meeting, and the main speaker was Igor Ivaniuk, Senior Solutions Architect at AWS.
The panel discussion also involved:
- Denys Golovatiuk, Country Lead at AWS;
- Oleksii Zayets, Chief Information Technology Architect at PrivatBank.
