The survey is conducted among industry professionals and students to identify the top employers in Ukraine and their attractiveness criteria. N-iX has been named the top IT employer by EY Ukraine for the second consecutive year.
More than 600 students and 1000 industry professionals took part in the survey and evaluated IT companies based on various factors. According to the results, students prefer IT companies that offer career growth opportunities (73%), personal and professional development (71%), and competitive pay (70%). For experienced candidates, the top priority factor is salary level (74%), which is accompanied by opportunities for personal and professional development (71%) and a comfortable working environment (67%).
